Clinical Supervision

For those interested in deepening their therapeutic practice through reading the transference and countertransference, bringing the whole self to the therapeutic relationship, developing reflective clarity and rigour, transcending technique- and model-driven practice, and drawing on the true moral and emotional potentiality of a therapeutic relationship. Weekly or fortnightly supervisions, in person or online, are £120 for a 50 minute session.

Academic Supervision

My academic work and teaching focuses on philosophical issues in psychology, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and psychopathology. I also run the Wittgenstein Reading Group in Oxford. At Blackfriars Hall, University of Oxford, I offer 8-week courses for visiting undergraduates in Wittgenstein’s philosophy, the Philosophy of Psychology, the Philosophy of Mental Health, and the Philosophy of Mind. I am lector in Psychology for Blackfriars Priory. I also offer ongoing individual tuition in these topics for mental health professionals wanting to deepen their reflective appraisal of their discipline. Sample reading lists are available here. These tuitions are £100 per hour.
